At STM Diecast, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium apparel and accessories. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log in to your STM Diecast account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

Affix the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous barcodes.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
